• ・配送後のキャンセルは行えません。
• ・チケット1枚につき1名様がご入場いただけます。
• ・入場の際に注文時のお名前と一致する身分証のご掲示をお願いする場合がございます。
• ・未成年の方でもご入場いただけます。
• ・原則として再入場はお断りさせていただいております。
• ・別途ドリンクチケット代が現地で必要となります。
• ・飲食物の持ち込みはできません。
• ・ロッカーの数には限りがあり大きな荷物は入らない可能性がございますので、手荷物は最小限でご来場ください。
• ・チケットの販売数が規定枚に到達した場合、当日券は取扱いいたしません。
• ・会場内ではアルコール消毒とマスクの着用を推奨いたします。
• ・発熱のある方や体調不良の方のご来場はご遠慮ください。
• ・会場内はカメラ付き携帯電話とスマートフォンを用いた、手持ちによる撮影が可能です。
• ・声出しや撮影に際しましては他の来場者様にご配慮ください。
• ・当日のスケジュールは変更となる場合がございます。
• ・当日はチケット番号順での入場となります。

●禁止事項

• ・カメラ付き携帯電話やスマートフォン以外の撮影機器、録音機器、セルフィーステッキ、飲食物、大きな音が鳴るもの、その他スタッフが危険だと判断したものは持ち込みを禁止させていただきます。
• ・フラッシュを使用しての撮影は、演者から呼びかけがある場合を除き禁止させていただきます。
• ・会場内での配信は禁止させていただきます。
• ・過度な声掛けやナンパ行為など、他のお客様への迷惑行為はすべて禁止させていただきます。

●スタンプラリーについて

• ・スタンプは各会場・各イベントにつき1つまで取得できます。
• ・スタンプは当日・会場内でのみ押印可能です。
• ・スタンプカードをお忘れの場合、後日の押印・再発行はできません。
• ・スタンプの代理取得・不正取得は禁止です。
• ・スタンプの紛失・破損・汚損による補償はできません。
• ・特典の引き換えは、規定数のスタンプが揃ったカードのみ有効です。
• ・特典の交換・返品・転売はできません。

[Important Notices]

• - Tickets cannot be cancelled after they have been sent from the store.
• - One ticket admits one person.
• - You may be asked to show your ID matching the name on the order at entry.
• - People under 18 are also allowed to enter.
• - Re-entry is not permitted.
• - A separate drink ticket fee will be required on site.
• - Bringing food or drinks into the venue is prohibited.
• - Lockers are limited and large luggage may not fit. Please bring as little as possible.
• - If ticket sales reach the set limit, additional tickets will not be available for purchase on site on the day.
• - Use of alcohol sanitizer and wearing masks inside the venue is recommended.
• - Please refrain from attending if you feel unwell.
• - Hand-held photography using camera phones and smartphones is permitted inside the venue.
• - When shouting or taking photos, please be considerate of other attendees.
• - The day's schedule may change.
• - Entry on the day will be in ticket-number order.

[Prohibited Items and Actions]

• - Items other than camera phones or smartphones for photography, audio-recording devices, selfie sticks, food and drink, devices that make loud noises, or any item staff deem dangerous are prohibited.
• - Use of flash photography is prohibited except when performers explicitly allow it.
• - Live streaming from inside the venue is prohibited.
• - Any behavior that disturbs other guests is strictly prohibited.

[Stamp Rally Rules]

• - One stamp may be obtained per venue/event.
• - Stamps can only be applied on the day, inside the venue.
• - If you forget your stamp card, subsequent stamping or reissue is not possible.
• - Proxy stamping or fraudulent acquisition of stamps is prohibited.
• - We cannot compensate for loss, damage, or soiling of stamp cards.
• - Rewards can be redeemed only with a card containing the required number of stamps.
• - Rewards cannot be exchanged, returned, or resold.
